RSS FeedI have terrible vertigo. My head spins whenever I make a movement!
I have been diagnosed as having BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo) and have been sent for physio to twist my head so that the stone swishing around in my ear gets back into place.
The appointment is in 3 weeks! What can I do in the meanwhile?

Have you tried the home exercises?

Did you see the videos on our vertigo page that show you which exercises to do at home to move the "stone" back into place?
