Tourette Syndrome - feeling pain in other people's bodies!

New postby AmityClaire on Thu Apr 02, 2009 10:38 pm

I have a friend who has Tourette's Syndrome, so his nervous system is messed up to begin with. However, he claims that his brain makes other people's bodies an extension of his own so that if he touches someone he can actually feel the electrical impulses in their body. He says he can feel it if they're experiencing pain, particularly. Is this possible?

It is possible he believes he can feel it.
