what could it be?

Hello,
I am asking for some professional advice, since i have already gone to 3 drs. and nobody wants to help.
I have been experiencing extreme brain fogginess, could be tiredness or just extreme stress; along with this, i have been having leg pain and weakness, and arm weakness, as well as headaches and very bad back pain. as well as muscle twitching. I had gone to the e/r, and they gave me a script to get an mri done. My doctor just gave me a rx for antianflamitory meds, and told me to come back in two weeks, he ran some blood tests, ruled out rumitoid arthritis, but waiting on lyme and epstein barre to come back.
This morning i woke up with the left side of my face tingling and i am so worried, i have a little baby do i dont have time to waste getting to the bottom of this, i also have a benign brain cyst that was discovered 20 years ago. i also had a c/t scan done whereas everything looked normal, acording to the er doc. I am so afraid it is a neurological problem, why hasnt this doc ordered the mri? I am so terrified!!! my grandmother died from a brain tumor. So i am sure that adds to my fear.
If there was some kind of problem, would the c/t scan have picked it up?
