weird symptoms please help

I have the following symptoms: twtiching in all parts of body, sometimes trouble breathing, intermittent atrophy, i.e there are sometimes when my legs are strong and other times when weak, sometimes trouble swallowing and talking, and when I lay in bed it feels like I am going to lose control of all muscles, I have also awakened in the middle of the night with shaking and weakness, night sweats..what is going on?
