weird "blackouts"

i have these spells that are very hard to explain. it happens when i am tired usually. i will be doing normal things and feeling normal, and then it's like i "wake-up" and i get all memories of what i have been doing AND thinking come flooding to me all at once. i get very dizzy and nauseaous and have a hard time figuring out if the little clips i can grasp when everything comes flooding to me are real or were the just thoughts i was having and vice versa. the confusion is very strong and sometimes i can drive somewhere, be fine doing it, and not remember doing it after when i have one of these episodes. i have been tested for seizures with an eeg (i think thats what it was) and a sleep deprived eeg (however i knew i wouldn't fall asleep). there were small changes, but apparently nothing to say i was having seizures for certain. does this sound like anything? does anyone else have this sensation?
