Unexplained Right Arm Pain

I am 23, female, with changing arm pain. Began a year ago in the wrist, and is now in the shoulder, elbow, and upper arm. Lots of different pains, sharp, dull, pins, itchy, burning, weak, inflammation... 2 neg emgs and multiple neg bloodtests and xrays! Any advice on how to proceed? Improves some with physio but am unable to work.
