Trembling

New postby bluecap007 on Tue Dec 23, 2008 1:15 am

I am a dental student studying in india. I turned 21 this april. Now for the past 2 years i have noticed that i tremble a lot. Whenever i hold a object in my hand, my hands start to tremble. Even when i hold a cup of tea or even read newspapers. This affects me a lot as i am a dental student and have to do various works like applying local anasthesia in the oral cavity. The moment i take the syringe my hands start shaking. Even it happens through my various moods. When iam angry, scared, very happy, the whole body trembles. Is this a neurological problem ? Please advice me how to overcome it. Its really embrassing.

Does anyone in your family have this?
Have you been losing weight?
Have you had your thyroid checked?
How about your liver function?
How does drinking alcohol affect it?

Have you been seen by a neurologist?
