Tingling in Legs

I've tingling in both my legs for a months now. its nothing serious, but i was worried it might be a sign of something more serious. I was told by my doctor i might have a pinched nerve, so I got an x-ray and mri, but it was determined that there were no real problems. Recently, after going for a run I got a strong tingling sensation in my right calf and it felt like my skin was crawling. This sensation lasted for several hours as long as i was not moving the leg. As soon as i moved it or touched it, the sensation died down. What else besides a pinched nerve could be causing the tingling?
