I think I have Parkinsons?

I am a 25 year old female. My brother is epileptic. he has grand-mal and focal seizures. my sister has seizures as well, (focal). I have always been a bit shaky, but this past year I have seen my symptoms get really bad and to a point where I cant function and its embarrassing. My hands tremor pretty bad, especially when I go to do something like drink, hold out a cup, or they really have been bad when i try to put keys in a door or keys in my car, its almost impossible. My head noticeably "bobs" as well when I go through these episodes, it happens at rest and while I am doing things as well. I have been having bouts of slured stuttered speach. Also it seems sometimes I cant control it but I just stare, randomly and it makes me want to fall asleep and i get really tired. this does worsen with stress and make the shaking MORE prevelent, but the shaking is an all day thing. I dont have this happen while I am asleep. Also right before I fall asleep like on the dot every night for the past 2 years I am like half way dreaming i am not even sure, but i startle awake because I hallucinate and think i see something or someone in front of me, I bat at it with my arms, I then go to sleep. I obviously have something going on, I just want to get to the bottom of why I am having the shaking and tremor things going on it drives me nuts and is so embarrassing. I have SPECT scan images from when I was 23, maybe these help?
