Syrinx at C6-C7??

Syrinx at C6-C7??

I'm a MRI tech and this looks like a syrinx to me, what do you think? Symptoms include numbness, stabbing pain at C7 spinous process.

Sag slice prior and after this slice is clear.

Could be though we need to see the FLAIR and T1 to confirm it's csf.
Have yoh had a neurological exam?
