Strange symptoms that come and go.

I am a 32 year old female. I have been having strange symptoms that have come and gone for over a year now. I have been keeping track of everything thus far and will post it below. Please let me know what your opinion is and if I should see a neurologist.

May 2009
- neck and back pain
- numbness and tingling in right arm and hand
- x-rays were done, doctor did not seem concerned and prescribed Flexeril

October 2009
- numbness and tingling in neck, back, arms and left hand
- eye pain
- severe headache everyday
- fatigue
- concentration and memory issues
- balance issues

November 2009
- feelings of sadness
- brain, cervical and thoracic MRI’s done
- found a small disc bulge at T11-12
- found a tiny cystic lesion, anterior aspect of septum pellucidum
- doctor prescribed Flexeril, Mobic and a migraine medication

December 2009
- tingling in shoulders and right arm

June through August 2010
- burning headache at temples
- burning neck and back pain
- muscle spasms
- tingling in shoulders, both arms and hands
- fatigue
- went to chiropractor for over a month with no relief
- doctor prescribed Valium and Lorcet

August 2010
- brain and soft tissue cervical MRI’s done
- brain MRI showed chronic sinusitis, cervical MRI was normal
- doctor prescribed antibiotics and ordered allergy testing

September 2010
- numbness and tingling in left arm and hand
