strange sensation in back of head

For about six months now I have had a weird sensation at the base of my head on the right side. Feels somewhat like light pressure or like the presence of something touching it lightly. Also sometimes it moves to the middle of the back of my head going about half way up and that feeling is slightly different. Maybe the feeling of it being slightly sore but I dont think it is actually sore.

Around the time I started getting the feeling I cold turkey stopped taking Cymbalta and I heard that a side effect of getting off of that can be parethesia. Im wondering if it is this or something different. Any help is greatly appreciated.
