Spasticity/tingling

My symptoms started 2 months ago with tingling in my foot and arm. Two months later i am experiencing spasticity and tingling in both legs. I have tingling sometimes in either arm. I'm not sure if i have spasticity in the arms or not. I also have some issues in the morning where i can simply feel the vibration in my body and i just don't feel normal in addition to the tight legs and the buring or tingling i sometimes get. I have had an MRI of the brain and C spine which were normal. I have also had an EMG and NSV which i believe were normal as well. I am having an MRI this week on my lumbar, but i don't see how that would explain my hands. Any ideas as to what is going on? I don't have any mobility or speech issues. Any ideas would be helpful.
