my son's MRI report

Hi

My 4 year old son does not talk. He also lack many social skills which a 4 year old should have. He has no bowel control and have tantrums at times.We have done an MRI and this is what the report says " Focal areas of gliotic foci are noted in both posteriot parietal preiventricular whit matter. No other significant abnormality is seen. "

We can see that he is intelligent, knows the English alphabet and the numbers. he can't write but can type them in a mobile phone or computer.
As we understand from the doctor that he has damaged cells. Is there any treatment for it? Will he grow up to be a normal human being?
