shortness of breath, loss of vision and hearing on one side

my nephew, 6 yrs old, was standing in line at school and he suddenly had a bad headache, lost his hearing and vision on one side of his body, and then couldnt breathe and turned blue...nurse gave him oxygen and sent him off to ER..they couldnt find anything wrong with him...do you know whats wrong with him?

Did they perform an EEG?
Was a seizure suspected?
Was any brain imaging done?
