Neuro-BD vs M.S

I have been diagnosed with BD for 4 years now. I had been sick my whole life, but I didn't get really sick until 5 years ago. Thing is, my first complaint was nerve problems. I have yet to find out what is bothering me. My docotr was positive it was M.S and he had me tested and it came back negative. A year later I had 2 brain lesions in my white matter in the left temperal lobe.

It has progressed, and I still have no idea what it is. I was told by my old neuro, it wasn't neuro-bd due to where the lesions were. Long story short, I moved away for 5 years, and am now seeing the doctor who beleived it was M.S, and is testing me for it again.

My question is, have you heard of people having BOTH behcet's and M.S? What is the difference between the 2?
