hi,
I am new here, I am a medical student who had the unfortunate opportunity to experience vaccination side effects 2 years ago.

I would like to know if fasciculations with lower limb and upper reflexes (knees, elbow, bicipital) are a part of differential diagnosis of ALS and cervical stenosis?
I do have cervical stenosis,it was discovered randomly as I had an MRI done following side effects from hepatitis B vaccination which 2 years ago triggered within 4 days fasciculation, cognitive impairment ( I would cry 9 times a days without knowing why), muscle cramps within few months, muscle waste in 1st interosseous within few month, muscle atrophy of brachioradialis muscle more prominant in left arm but insidious in the right one, subtle muscle waste in left thigh, had severe vitaminD deficiency (was 4ng) but had to take 1800 000 I.U to get back to normal (which does not make sense),limb jerks (fingers, legs,). still sometimes the whole body jerks and wakes me up when I am asleep.
I experienced otitis, episcleritis 3 times within 4 months then went away, burning sensation in nerves and whole body shutting down every 28 days for about 10 months then suddenly went away, lymphadenopathy (but blood count revealed no abnormality) and chronic fatigue.
it took 1 year to come back to about 75% to what I was before. I had emg->normal, nerve conduction studies->normal,CPK normal, full antibodies investigations came up normal. Nothing was found and it's been a year that my neuro can not come up with a clear diagnosis. Nowadays I am only left with fasciculations, and lost reflexes.
I got back to physical activities, can play soccer 2 hours, martial arts for 2 hours with no muscle pain , these days my fasciculations have increased to the point that sometimes the whole triceps can move, other times it's biceps, and when I am asleep it is my quadriceps.
as for the muscle waste, it is is stable. no loss of sensation.

You'd agree that with all this I feel worried, but still manage to study.
thanks for you answer.
