Myastenia Gravis

Hello,

I have myastenia gravis from 10 years and in Sept. 2009 was born my daughter. 3-4 months after the delivery when I didn't sleep 3 days at all I noticed that my joints are swollen in the night. Also few times after a deep sleep when I waked up my hands were like numbed. Recently I have pain in all the joints when I move. But these symptoms appear and disappear without obvious reason. I have also low backhead pain which also appears and disappears even during the day.

Except the myastenia I have also distoniya.

My doctor send me for blood tests for: RA, hyperthyroid ...cancer.....but nothing was found. They found only iron defficiency anemia.

Please give me a clue what these symptoms could be.
I'm pregnant now in 7th week and the swollen hands bother me in the night and also dull pain in all the joints.
