Multiple symptoms progressing

Multiple symptoms progressingMy friend is a 20 year old male who, two years ago he started to experience chest pain and went to a free clinic who diagnosed him with angina and gave him nitro pills. He never followed up with a cardiologist because of finances. This continued until recently, abut two months ago where his symptoms progressively got worse. He experienced sever chest pains and then went into hand and feet spasms where his hands were "bird winging" and feet would spasm downward. He began hyperventilating and passed out. Taken to the ER they checked his blood for drugs, did and ECG and told him it was probably anxiety, prescribed an anti anxiety, antiinfalmmatory , and pain pills. The pills only made him a zombie and did nothing for the pain. The symptoms have progressed into episodes of nystagmus, sweating, pain that lasts for hours, muscle contractions in the neck, sometimes these attacks can occur once to three times per day or every couple of days. He has no insurance and has been unable to work so he is not able to get the proper testing. He does not qualify for medicaid. I am concerned that he has something progressively neurological and need some avenue to focus on so we can try to get some money to pay for at least some test to get to the problem. Please, any advice is greatly appreciated.
