Mini Stroke Symptoms?

I was wondering if someone could give me some help- I have lyme disease - (recently diagnosed after 10-15 yrs) and I know that with this disease there are all sorts of weird things that "lymies" experience, but I've been getting some off the wall ones that are worrying me-I have had some of these symptoms before- but never to this degree. Things like extremely fast heartbeat-very very high BP and agonizing pain in my calves with lots of swelling and very very heavy feeling. My vison had been "blacking out" in one eye - and then the other- and I've been feeling yucky and just very weird-dizzy- all of this happens at night at about 3 in the morning and at a time where I am completely relaxed -but waking up to take a bathroom break.

There are more symptoms but that is the basic jist-I contacted my LLMD and he said to go to the ER if it happend again- and that these are not lyme symptoms-..but I'm wondering if ths warrants a trip to the Optho nero or to a heart doc- or both.

Any suggestions?
