Lack of tactility on foot

I would like to ask you for some help for my father. He was injured in a car accident 2 years and he has
problems with nerves. The femoral nerve has recovered only for 25 % (half a year ago it was 17 %).

That is why he has a lack of tactility on his foot.

I would like to ask you about some clinic who deals with such problems.
