Hot and Cold sensations

I have been diagnosed with complicated migraines. My symptoms are as followed:
Daily migraines, daily aura's, major change in vision such as maybe seeing double on reflected objects at night, halos, and all over loss of clarity. I'm also having muscle twitches and sometimes my head jerks. I have had an EEG since the head jerking started with no sign of seizures. The "seizure-like" symptoms are happening more often although not as extreme. I'm also experiencing feelings of being lost or not knowing where I'm at, even though I do know my location in reality. The location confusion and hot and cold sensations on my legs or feet are the newest symptoms. The skin on my legs (all over on both) are usually sore to the touch or tender.
