Herpes Encephalitis in Epilepsy

My friend is a epilepsy patient. Her 1st case in occur on age 20. Now she was 25. Within this 6 years, she having fit (seizure) 5 times. Everytimes she will have an aura sign before fit. When she fit, she repeatly fit every 30 minutes, and thus, she have to go ICU for medical care. After ICU, she will ok, just a bit weak. But this time she was different, she have only one un-serious fit, but after that, she start to be blur, headache, and now her memory was loss, she dunno how to speak when she wan something, and caused her keep on talking to let you understand. But she talk is just some common and same word, example "OK, NO, NVM, ..."
Doctor said that she got a brain infection called Herpes Encephalitis.
I know that this virus is very rare happened to someone. Izzit possible to be cure? Please help...
