Helpppp 17 years old and twitching randomly

Hey I'm 17 years old and I weight 110 pounds and 5,7 I went to the doctor for a check up and he said I'm healthy but after this I started getting twitchs i have them in my calves on my foot sometimes my hands my sides thighs and face occasionly I don't have any muscle weekness becuase I can work out just fine and run and do everything normaly iv recently quit smoking pot I had been for 3 years and I didn't see any symptoms at all when I was Im afraid I have ALS or something but I want to say iv had anxiety with this I'm afraid I'm going to get ill or somthing I'm hoping iv someothing was wrong it'd be Benign fasculation syndrome which won't kill you but you will have musle twitchs and muscle cramps and pain before these twitchs I did get Charlie horses alot but other than that I'm fine sorry This is long I just want to know I'm ok
