HELP!!!My left hand got big trouble!!

Since about two weeks ago,my left hand starts to have involuntary twitches on inner side of wrist
.It happens randomly without fixed frequency nor at specific time.
No numbness but weakness progresses gradually.
None of my fingers is in problem.
I can't find appropriate answer in textbook nor from the net to my problem.
