Headache on one side of the head

I have a recurring headache on the left side of my head behind the eyeball. My neck feels a little stiff on the left side and it hurts when I turn my head to the left. I have had it when I was a little girl and the doctor told me I was anemic, I took some feosol and it went away. Four years ago, it came back and I was living on campus so I went to the center and I had an MRI, it came back normal. They told me that it was stress, after a few days, it stopped. And now here it goes again, only the left side as usual. I need help! What should I do?
