My head i swollen on both sides with stiff neck

My head is swollen on both sides an my neck is very stiff.Ive had a cat scan done an all is good.The swelling is above the ear an to the temple.It also effect my teeth.Ive had dental work done an everythings fine.Blood work is all good.Ive had this for about a year an its getting worst.What could this be?
