I had an accident 16 years back

Hello,

I am 26 years old guy from India. I had an accident when i was 10. I was going straight and a bicyle hit me from backside. I fel down on my back. It happened in such a way that, as my mom decribed, blood flowed from my right ear like water from a pipe.

Since then my right part of the face is not working. Eyebrows cann't be raised, left eye can not be closed properly, can not be heard from right ear and more annoying is right face doesn't get in action when i smile.

When consulted to doctor with suggested tests reports (no idea about what kind of tests they were) he explained in indigenous native words as 'Wood can be converted to ash but ash can not be to wood'. 'Who knows with advanced medical technology this may be corrected in future' he added later.

What do you think? Is there any operation or anything that can be done?
