Erratic blood pressure, near syncope,bradycardia

Today I had a episode where I was at my PT's office and just standing between the parallel bars when I started to feel hot, sweaty, and faint. I sat down and put my head down but I finally ended up lying on a table. The PT took my blood pressure 105/60 lying down. He had a hard time finding my pulse. I sat up after a while and made an attempt to leave but when I stopped to make my next appointment, I started feeling warm and faint again. Back in I went. They talked me into agreeing to go by ambulance to the ER. My presssure went anywhere from 100 to 160 - up and down - while my pulse was 48. My feet were burning as though someone set them on fire. The EMT suggested valsa vaga. The doc told me to cut back on my beta blocker and call my cardiologist in the morning. He did agree it could be neurological but for now just do what he said and stay in touch if anything else shows up or this happens again. I've had it before but never went to the doc or ER for it. It just went away on its own like it did today. Is it probably neurological?

It very much sounds like a vaso-vagal fainting spell which could be due to an autonomic problem, although it is also very common in "normal" individuals without any neurological problem...any meds that lower BP could trigger this as well.
