epilepsy?

Hello everyone iam 35 yrs about 6 months ago while playing videogames my i had symptoms of a head turning like dizziness
also also mental confusion and felt starteld also felt like fainting now i dont play videogames anymore because as i do
i get the same symptoms but i also have panic/gad so i dont know if that is the cause iam concerned
in case it is photo epilepsy but i havent blacked out yet or had a fit but someone told me it could be just auruas iam getting.

Do you ever have abnormal movements such as jerking of your arms which is not under your control?

not had my arms lose control but i had an urge to clench my hands after playing but no invoultry movements.

Do you feel anxious when it happens?

Well after it happens i do but my hands were clenching into fists a few times and my eyes felt very sleepy also
this was in only 5 minutes of playing a mobilephone game.what sometimes happens is i get the dizzy spells then i get a feeling of panic with it sometimes tightness in chest.

OK..it sounds more like an anxiety attack than epilepsy.
Having said that I would still advise going to see your doctor about these episodes and they may feel it worthwhile to send you for a neurology consult or an EEG with "photic stimulation".
