EMG Diagnosis

Hy,
i had some problems with my right foot..i went to a doctor..he told me to have a surgery..i did, but the problem is still here... i went to another doctor in other town and he made me an EMG with the next diagnosis: " right peroneal nerve motor and sensory damage by incarceration at the femoral right fibula ".
My question is how complicated is this surgery?.if there are any risks? and how expensive could this surgery be?
