electrocution

I was electrocuted 6 weeks ago. I am undergoing physio for muscle tension +++ in lumbar, chest neck. I am experiencing pain and numbness in right foot and hand. Burning sensations in areas of right rib cage (abdomen) and throughout the right leg. What should I be concerned about.
