Double herniate lumbar disc

Hi!

Ok so In 2008 January, I had a back surgery to fix one of two herniated lumbar discs that I had. couple of days after i was fine, Now almost 18 months later, I'm getting horrible pains. Sometimes it hurts no matter what I do, breathe, chew, talk, yawn. Sneezing is the worst. I sometimes cry myself to sleep because it hurts too much. I have an appointment on the 29th, been waiting since last year. I have a picture of my MRI if needed. I really don't know what I can do and waiting is sort of not an option anymore.
