Dopamine in intellectual conditioning?

New postby Mr.Hebe on Sun Apr 04, 2010 5:14 pm

I have been, for the last 3 years, been suspended in serene, albeit hazy, duality of mediocrity and intellectual brevity. Type 2 schizophrenia and all its wonderful hallmarks had left my beautiful mind a desert. Recently I have awakened, so to speak, and my digression's apprehension is sickening lol. My psychiatrist has help me so much as a guide in my troubled times although she thinks my superego and ego got lost in a sandstorm. I simple disagree. I have no interest in any psychological models other than the one you can help me with. Anti psychotics hopefully are going to allow a propensity for academic capacity once again. That being simplified I would to once again enjoy :D joining my college camaraderie. I feel I might be able to harness my vice and use it positively. I understand I have a high amount of dopamine receptors which are essential in the body's reward system. My question is how might I obtain a method of conditioning of my reward system and means directing it towards intellectual exploration catalyzing successful academic perpetuation?
