Does wisdom teeth removal affect tinnitus?

In june I got my bottom two wisdom teeth out surgically and in october of that same year my ears started to ring. Now 3 years later I have to remove my upper 2 wisdom teeth and I am scared that this will aggravate my tinnitus. please help
