Doc makes me feel like a fraud

My aches and pains started in September last year firstly it was stiff and sore hands in the morning, sore feet and irritable/sore legs at night, recently feeling numb at top of right leg, tingling in my toes but only when i touch them (as if they are numb). sore head that lasts for weeks, now my calf muscles are really sore (not all the time) as if i have ran a marathon the day before and weakness in arms and legs i mean im 37 and feel like im 137, i should be able to carry a bag of shopping without my arm going weak. 13 weeks ago my eyesight went blurry and is still the same been to doc time and time again and im being fobbed off with eye drops which have not done any good. I saw a rheumatologist at the end of last year and he found nothing so my doc said he would refer me to a neurologist but weeks went by and the pain was getting worse but doc FORGOT to send off for neurology appointment, i phoned the hospital last week and spoke to neurology clinic staff and they stated i could go back to doctor who could hurry the appointment along if my symptoms were worse, so along to the doc i went again and he said no he cant hurry appointment along and he had done all the tests. I know something is wrong whether its serious or not i just want a diagnosis so i can get on with my life. Any help will be much appreciated.
