Dizziness after L4/L5 discectomy

I had L4\L5 microdiscectomy 4 days ago and last night I experienced extreme dizziness. While laying down I was watching tv and felt as if someone took my head and shook it around. I felt very dizzy and nausius. Since then I have had two more feelings of extreme dizziness. While laying down I feel significantly better however if I get up I feel like I am going to lose my balance abd as if I have the spins. I am currenty taking traumacet and have been for approximately 8 weeks. In the past 2 weeks they have increased my doseage however I have not experiencesd dizziness like this. Is this a cause of the surgery or something to be concerned with ?
