For about the last 10 years or so, I have experienced off and on discomfort in my legs and feet which has hindered by mobility and balance. Mainly I get numbness and tingly feeling in my foot area and up the side of my thigh. I attribute this to playing ice hockey as there seems to be a correlation between the skates and perhaps some irregular body movement that I complete while skating? This in the past had gone away on its own (sometimes can be dormant for 2 years) and then resurfaces without warning. Chiropractors seem to help with treatment but my GP recommended I see a neurologist to rule out any brain issues?
THANK YOU!
