Desperate for Migraine Treatment that works

Hello. I have question(s) about migraines.

Do you have any suggestions for treatment of migraines with aura when you are not able to take medicines such as Imitrex? (Imitrex, Frova, Zomig, Relpax, and Maxalt to be specific.) These medicines all give me chest pains and make my throat close up. I am allergic to Aspirin and I can't take NSAIDs due to a tender stomach. Tylenol doesn't even numb the pain.

I am currently on a preventative to try to help keep them from hitting, it helped a little in the beginning, but now they are hitting hard and I basically have to suffer through them. Even when the preventative was helping, I was still having at least 1-3 a week. I tried Topamax before, but it did not help. It was be at least December before I am able to see a Neurologist. I have tried many home remedies. I am keeping a migraine diary. I avoid as many of my triggers as possible. I am desperate. My PCP is not helpful at all, she treats me as if I am just being a drama queen over the migraines. Migraines are real and I have a huge family history of them.

I should probably include, I have had an MRI and CT scan. Both came back not showing anything.
