Constant headaches/migraines since birth of child?

My daughter has been having really bad headaches and migraines on a regular basis since the birth of her son 8 months ago. The are always on the same side and area. She has had a CT Scan but doctors say they can see nothing. No drugs are helping. Doctor seems to think it is hormonal - is that a possibility and how can that be balanced. She has had her eyes checked, and now has glasses but this hasn't help alleviate anything. Our family has MS and Marfans Syndrome could the headaches be connected to either of these. Her local doctor does not seem to be of any assistance is there a particular doctor/specialist who deals with this kind of stuff
