Brain MRI - Vascular Issue?

have a question regarding a brain MRI - I'm trying to identify any vascular issues.

Can you please provide your input on whether or not a vascular issue exists in this MRI? I can see is what seems to be a connection between the transverse sinus and the cerebral artery? Please excuse me if I'm wrong. Your opinion is appreciated.
