Brain cell injury

Hy I would like to ask if the jerking of a vehicle can cause brain cell injury. In my case the vehicle is a bus and it's suspension is in pretty bad shape, and while I travel with it, for 20-30 minutes it is shaking softly and sometimes intensely. And because I need to travel with it regularly (every day) I would like to know if it is causing even severe brain cell injury or any other mental retrogression.
