Blood Clot post Pregnency

Hi,

My brothers wife had a headache last evening and today a CT Scan reveled that she has a minor rupture of a blood vessel in the brain due to the High BP post the delivery of the babiy 6 days back.
She had a ceserian section and the baby is under observation. The docters have managed to get the BP in control. What should we do now, we are planning a second openin by a Neurologist
Any precaution we have to take as we are planning to move her to a diffrent town for the doctor
