Arachnoid Cyst - Should I be Concern

Hey guys,

I have recently told I have a Cyst located in arachnoid cyst in the left anterior temporal region and was wondering if anyone can tell me if this looks small. The doctors seem this is small and nothing to worry about but the whole reason why I had a CT scan is because I was getting major headaches, blurred vision and neck pain in my left area so a Cyst was found in the frontal region of my brain.

Any feedback if this Cyst looks small or should I get another opinion would be highly appreciated.
