Any advice ! ongoin pain for 8 months now

Hello my name is Alma , from las Vegas, NV, back in march 2011 durin work I got a sudden sharp pain in the back of my head. (prior to this I rarely got headaches and had no other problems). Within an hour I started getting dizzy , and everything from nausea , numbness , and sesnsitivity to light and sound. My BF took me the the ER where they did a cat scan of my brain which all came out normal and than sent me home on pain meds (oxycodone) and (soma) which did nothing. For the next week I could not work and the pain was constant from wake to sleep , but I couldn't sleep !! Finally got appt with a headache specialist (biggest mistake ever, and his name is DR anasarian) when i got to office he put me in room and started me off with couple normal test and than gave me a pain shot in my left butt cheek , which didn't work , and imma cut this part short , he gve me 6 injections in my butt , which to this day I have pain there now. after an hour and no difference in pain he took me into a different room and decided I needed a Nerve Block shot in back of mt head (this was the worst pain ever , I was cryin and holding my BF Hand so hard , no numbing meds or putting me to sleep he just sat me in chair and gave me something to bite on and stuck a needle in my head in four places , after that 5 min procedure I laid down and the pain got worst. Dr anasarian was very confused and my BF was about to hurt him but I told him that we need to leave ! So we did.
Two weeks went by some the headache special list and the pain has not gone away. Finally my BF got me into a neurologist specialist who did studies on my brain and MRI on brain as well , everything came back normal, the neurologist didn't know what else could be done so he sent me over to a pain management DR. which I had to wait 2 weeks to see cause my insurance is crappy. Finally get an appt to see the pain dr and tell him my whole story , I will say my pain dr (dr Franco lee) is a great dr and does care. So on first visit he decides that we pretty much ruled out that its not a headache , so he sent in to have a MRI of my neck down done. This took a month to get approved by my insurance , after it came back the MRI showed mild degenerative disk disease from C4 - C5 through C6 -C7. Also bulging of annulus noted at C6-C7 at the time. When dr lee saw this he said he could try a nerve shot into back of neck and spine and see if this would help , so we did the procedure and waited 3 days but nothing changed , it actually made it hurt a lil more. From this point I wanted to give up on life an was getting depressed as it's been 5 months woth constant pain that has never went away and I have missed a total of 38 days from work . I am a single mom woth four kids but do have the help of my loving BF and truthfully of I didn't have him I probably would of gave up all hope..... Okay so now at this point , dr lee has referred me to a spine / neck specialist named Dr Daniel lee , as soon as we got into this office, dr Daniel lee , came in and was very rude , he did not introduce himself , word for word , he said your young , your spine is looking good ther is no need for you to be here go to your normal dr and take pain meds and that should help you !!! I started busting out crying , my BF lost it and pretty much made a scene and in front of all his paitents and than we left. We than went to see my pain dr , Dr Franco lee who was surprised by Daniels info and how he approached it. He than tried to refer me to 3 different doctors but my insurance would not cover it or could not be accepted by them. So this brings me to today it is now been about 8 months of constant pain , been to the ER 4 times in the last week , all they do is put me on IV and make me sleepy than tell my BF to drive me home and get to my normal Dr. I have pretty much given up on all las vegas doctors , I feel they do not care or they ate not knowledgeable to help !! It's sad cause I would think of a patient came in crying with my problem and was wanting to give up on life they would care more????!? So in a last attempt my BF found a Dr that is good with spine pain and accepts my insurance named DR Elkaniche , we will be seeing him this tuesday coming up and I just pray n hope he can help me in any way shape or form. If anyone can also reply back if they have similar pain or problems or maybe even an answer to let me know , I have nothing to lose. Thank you for your time and reading this , I would like to end my pain n sufferin and get on with life and my kids.

Also in the 8 months I have been prescribed all these different meds which none of them helped some made it worst , this doesn't include what has been given to me while at ER and office visits

Is there no one that can help ? I am still in same place , Dr Elakniche turned me away because I didn't have PPO ?!!? It's sad when ou pay over $200 a month for health insurance and can't get any help ! I have nothing left to do and can pretty much say DR's are not as they were a few years ago. :(
