need epilepsy consult

Dear all,

Wondered if there are any epilepsy specialists out there who can help me out on this one.
I have a 21 yr old woman who is still seizing on 450mg of lamictal..she has no side effects but I am concerned about raising the dose further...but on the other hand am not sure whether to add topamax or depakine due to pregnancy issues.
She had absence seizures as a child and now has myoclonus and primary Tonic clonic seizures!

MRI normal
EEG generalized s+w interictal.

any help would be appreciated!

Have you measured the lamictal levels?
Has she tried other meds in the past?
