Re: foot painSo i've been playing basketball and after the tryouts last 2 weeks my foot started hurting whenever i run/jog using the ball of my foot. its hard to tell where the pain is but is probably at the middle of foot to heel. I started icing it these past 2 weeks and it still hurts now. Im concidering on going to my doctor but does anyone know what this is?
My doctor would only say rest your foot... which i did.. helps?
