Scared I might have ALS

I have been experiencing twitching all over the body and am absolutely petrified that I might have AlS. Recently I noticed a stiffness in my arm, but I think it is because of my extreme anxiety recently. The twitches are fairly fast and last for one second to a couple minutes. I'm a young teenager and wondering if there are any causes that can explain this.
