My fingers middle and right index finger twitches! sometimes it just tightens up and dropes below the other fingers in both hands. I have dilated cardiomyopathy and was wondering should I be concerned?

Please tell me:-

1) About your age, previous medical history, drugs you take etc.
2) Are the twitches painful?
3) Have you seen a neurologist / had a neuro exam yet?
