Thanks for reading my question. I am a 23yr old female, with no real diagnosed health problems. Here is my story:

Back in 2006 i was hospitalised for the night after having severe chest and left arm pain. I was allowed home after all heart tests came back ok and was diagnosed with costochondritis. Because this costochondritis did not go for a long time i ended up with a severe anxiety/panic disorder as i was worrying constantly about my heart. I eventually recovered from the anxiety and panic (meds and counselling) to the point where it no longer controlled my life.
Since this episode i have never been right.
Although the chest pain went, i started to get regular back aches, muscle aches, fatigue, feelings of weakness although i still have full strength. just generally not right but not enough to stop me doing anything.
At the beginning of 2008 i began getting a stinging feeling in my right eye and numb patches on that side of my face. I could still feel/move my face but it just 'felt' numb.
The pain then went down the entire side of my body on the right. From the back of my shoulder, down my arm into my little finger and from my hip down my leg, to my knee into my toes. It would last a few days/weeks then it'd go for a little while then return.
My GP sent me to a neurologist in Feb who carried out a full neuro exam which was normal then sent me for an MRI of the brain just for my piece of mind, and to cover himself. The MRI was normal as expected. I was given no diagnosis apart from 'one of those things'
I seemed to begin getting more widespread muscle aches, fatigue alongside this feeling down my right side, so i saw my GP again. She says it could be fibromyalgia. Due to see rheumatologist in December. I have had a great deal of blood tests taken (normal)
Just lately as well as aches, pains, fatigue and the pain on my right side, i have also been gettng the same pain occasionally on my left. For a few days last week i suffered with a numb feeling down my right side, although i could still move and use everything. It wasn't numb just i guess felt odd.
Other symptoms i have been having back aches, neck aches, nauseus feelings, tingling on my tongue (new symptom), stinging eyes, headaches, heart palpitations, floaters in my eyes (eye test last month was normal). I just feel clumsy and in another world, like im detached from my life or something. I had my first panic attack in a long time the other day. I have got myself very worked up and upset over this.
Should i be seeing my GP again and asking for anoter neurologist referral? Should i be happy with the possible fibromyalgia diagnosis?

Have you seen anyone about this or been given treatment for this?
